Public Outreach Campaigns   about us

Working alone and with partner organizations, the Biodiversity Project designs and implements public outreach campaigns that:

Reach target audiences that can become
lasting constituencies
for biodiversity.
Leverage and support near-term policy gains that will protect biodiversity, in issue areas such as fresh water policy, land-use planning and ecosystem and habitat protection.

Recent and current campaigns under way are:

Building a Water Constituency for Wisconsin:
Research and Targeted Messages

A campaign to reinvigorate a public constituency for a wide range of water issues in Wisconsin.

Five Ways to Create Healthier Homes and Habitats

The Great Lakes Public Education Initiative
This project designs a multi-partner public education campaign to raise understanding of threats to the Great Lakes and foster greater public participation in key current policy decisions.
